Okay, so I’ve set up a new domain for the changing direction of this site. But I can’t figure out for the life of me how in the heck to install WordPress!
Can any body help me???

I am assuming you are talking about wordpress.org (not wordpress.com). Just upload the folder you downloaded on the wordpress.org site to a previously setup host and then follow the instructions on the Readme (or similar) file in that folder (or check out the quick-install instructions on their website. Give yourself a day or two to figure out everything, including installation of plugins and themes. Don’t be afraid to contact the wordpress.org guys, they are pretty helpful and get back to you quickly.
